In the year 1398, I took my luxurious time machine to the Kingdom of Timbuktu in Mali. While there, I saw many interesting things! As I was walking along in the scorching sand, I found some camel hooves. I quickly followed the tracks to find a herd a camels walking with some sort of heavy bag on them. I looked for their herder to ask him what was in the mysterious bags. He informed me that the were filled with salt!
After speaking with the man for quite some time, I decided to move on. Out in the distance, I saw a small market place. I decided I would try to find food and a place to sleep for the night. It was not a very good decision to stay that perticular night. Throughout the night, there was lists of shouting and yelling. Apparently there was a market party. In the morning after I woke up, I needn't out to check out the shops.
While I was browsing through the stands, I came across some weird fruit like object that I have never seen before. I asked the merchant what it was. She was perplexed that I didn't know what it was. She informed me it was a fig! At the next stand I went to, I saw the biggest piece of gold I had ever seen in my entire life! All in all, my time traveling trip back in time to Timbuktu was successful. I learned a lot about the area that I had never known!
