John Locke tabula rasa: theory that humans aren't born with self actualitaztionvbut aquire it from experience

3) King Abdullah is the the modern day Thomas Hobbes because they were both set on having absolute power over people and think that they can't over throw their power.

A modern day John Locke is Barack Obama. They both have the same qualities of wanting to put the people into everything. They care about what the people think.

Part II

I thinks the reason absolutism didn't rise in Enlgand was because of the Church. Some people thought the head was the Church and shouldn't be a king. This is also where the Protestant reformation started. When Charles I tried to create absolutism, the people revoked.

William and Mary were very good at listening their people. They really tried to do everything thing the help them. They changed many things before they came into power. Louis XIV had an absolute monarchy. He also had a great armada.
